Professional Indemnity and Liability insurances are in place and the company is Data Protection registered

Services are provided on a B2B basis outside IR35, direct with the client wherever possible.
Arrangements with established and accredited recruitment agents are also welcome.

Off Payroll legislation in 2021 has altered the contracting market significantly, and its effects and adjustments are still playing out.
Clients can take confidence that agile coaching by its very nature cannot effectively be subject to the key tests of supervision, direction and control which largely determine the deemed employment status.

Coaching is a professional partnership, where the client hires expertise and independence not available in-house.   

It is quite possible to build a contract and operate working practices which comfortably demonstrate a genuine B2B relationship (and outside IR35 contract), and Agiliqui will cover the administration overhead of this.
